Project Netherlands Wind Ensemble at 60 years Anniversary WMC
Play along in the youngNBE Limburg!
Always wanted to play with the Netherlands Wind Ensemble (NBE)?
This is possibile on Monday, September 26, 2011 in the Roda Hall Kerkrade!
The World Music Contest already exists 60 years in 2011. To celebrate this special event, WMC collaborates with the Netherlands Wind Ensemble, the Limburg Union of Bands and the House of the Arts. This ensemble of young talent will perform at the Roda Hall together with the Netherlands Wind Ensemble the 26th of September. Prior to the concert, auditions and rehearsals will be held. These are led by musicians from the NBE.
If you are under 22 years, play on HaFa level C or D, follow the VOCO-education or attend a music academy and would enjoy to join the NBE? Than please fill out the registration form by clicking on understanding link.
What else you should know:
- We are looking for flutists, oboe players, clarinettists, bassoon players, horn players, saxophonists, trumpeters, trombonists, percussionists and bass players
- Auditions on June 4th (first round) and June 18th (second round) in Kerkrade
- Rehearsals are on September 12th and 19th (19-22 hours), and September 25th (noon) with a dress rehearsal on September 26th, the day of the concert
- During the concert, the youngNBE Limburg will perform alone and together with the Netherlands Wind Ensemble
